19th Century Gem set brooch with insect and cannetile motift in 15K gold JR9932

 Magnificent Victorian Aesthetic Sapphire in insect and Cannetille motif brooch. The insect is adorned with  blue emerald cut Sapphire and cultured seed pearl. The details of this exquisite piece are endless. It is a warm gold. 
The back is a locket with removable clear plastic cover. Fish hook lock, it measures 1 7/16" x 1 3/8" in size, weight 10.0 grams, no hallmark tested for 15.5K x-ray.
