A finely executed British hardstone snuff box mounted in gilt metal and faced with scenic banded agate. The stone displays natural stratified layers resembling a geological cross-section, with pale crystalline borders framing warm earth-toned interiors. Both lid and interior base are agate set, creating a cohesive and sculptural presentation. The mount shows engraved detailing along the rim and the hinge remains tight and properly aligned. No hallmark visible.
