Antique Figural Christmas Eight Light Bulbs String Hand Painted Working A1078

Early figural Christmas light string with eight hand-painted molded character covers in assorted novelty forms. The set uses a double-string arrangement with black sockets and green electrical cord, and it is currently working as shown in the photos. The figures retain their aged hand-painted finish with the charming wear expected from an early holiday light set. No maker or country-of-origin mark is visible, so I would not attribute the set to Poland without further evidence.
