This Barbara Bixby ring shimmers with an oval-shaped, faceted amethyst cabochon that's framed in a decorative sterling and 18K yellow gold border. Each side of the shank gleams with an elaborate 18K yellow gold prong setting, sweetly accented with a round iolite gemstone. The center gallery reveals a fancy sterling design.
