Very simple but adorable creative kokeshi.
Kenichi Murakami is famous for his original cute face kokeshis.

Ume means plum trees in Japanese.
Ume associates people with the beauty of early spring.

It stands 8" tall, 2 1/4" wide, excellent condition, it comes with original box, circa 1970's
