Red Coral is the common name given to Corallium Rubrum and several related species of marine coral. Red coral is a collection of hundreds of tiny animals living together in colonies that resemble small leafless bushes growing on dark, rocky seabottom. This coral has a deep red coral bezel set in the center, with a hand-chased pattern on both sides. These hari combs are hand-made by native American Indian, they are in excellent condition, no damage, need cleaning. 2 7/8" x 1 3/4", weight 13.2 grams
