A circa 1960s Japanese ikebana vessel, handcrafted from solid wood with natural live-edge contours and richly figured grain. The interior features a fitted copper insert designed to hold water for traditional floral arrangement; a kenzan (frog) can be used but is not included. Raised on integrated feet, the form reflects classic Japanese aesthetics, emphasizing balance, simplicity, and harmony with natural materials. A sculptural and functional vessel for ikebana display.
