Halcyon Days Enamel Traveler Trinket Box w/Old World Map & Compass England A563

Vintage, Halcyon Days, hinged, round, "Traveler's" trinket box featuring a compass rose on the top of the lid and an old world map around the sides. A traditional nautical compass is hand-painted on the inside of the lid. Purchased in 1988 at Geary's, it was made by Halcyon Days Enamels in Bilston, England. This gorgeous, enamel box is in excellent condition with no scratches or repairs. There is a small ding on the inside lid at the 5 o'clock position under the sexton (see photos). It measures approximately 1 3/4" in diameter and is 1 3/4" tall.
