Elegant retired Lladró “Playing at Sea” Mermaid Figurine in the Silver Lustre finish, model 01008545. Handcrafted in Spain, this graceful porcelain sculpture depicts a young mermaid reclining while playfully holding her dramatically curled tail.

The figure combines Lladró’s soft matte white porcelain with a striking metallic silver lustre finish covering the deeply textured tail. Fine sculptural details include flowing hair, a serene facial expression, delicate hands, individually modeled scales, and silver-toned floral ornaments tucked into her hair. The contrast between the smooth matte porcelain and reflective silver lustre gives the piece an especially elegant contemporary appearance.
