Rare MIKIMOTO 5mm Akoya cultured Pearl Sterling Cuff & Tag Green enamel GS380

Very unusual pair of Mikimoto 5.0mm Akoya cultured Pearl cufflinks with matching tie tag in Green accent. Circa 1990 -2000, they are in excellent, like-new condition. The cufflink is 15.0 x 15.0mm, and the tie tag is 11.5mm. Combine 12.7 grams. Hallmark M & S.
