Rare vintage James Avery sterling house charm pendant 2.9g JR562

This lovely HARD TO FIND features a vintage, original line, James Avery signed silver house charm/pendant. It is in super used condition and measures approx. 7/8" tall ( with the bale) X 9/16" wide ( at widest point) x 1/8" thick ( front to back). It weighs 3 grams. I have not tried to clean or polish this. I will leave that up to the new owner—nice piece for your James Avery collection. Signed on the back with the Candelabra hallmark (some worn out). It is the early run of this design. Approx. 1980's. It comes with James Avery original Orange box.
