Late 19th-century French majolica oyster plate with six cream scallop-shell wells, deep green basketweave ground, and molded rope border with raised central condiment well. This mold is associated with Saint-Clément and was also used by Longchamp; because your reverse does not show a clear maker’s name, I would not claim a specific factory in the title. Comparable Saint-Clément examples are dated circa 1890–1900.
