This is a Swarovski Crystal Memories coffee mill figurine with 18-karat gold-plated metal trim. 
Part of the "Times Past" or "Familiar Surroundings" collection, it was designed by Edith Mair. 
The figurine was introduced in 1993 and retired in 1998. 
Its size is approximately 1 1/4 inches (32 mm) high. 
It is made with clear crystal.
