Authentic Tiffany & Co. Elsa Peretti 925 sterling silver large 27mm open heart pendant necklace, made in Spain on a Tiffany Peretti chain. The back of the heart pendant is marked Tiffany & Co. ©Elsa Peretti 925 Spain. 

This larger heart measures approximately 27mm (1 1/8 inches) wide by 25mm (15/16 inches) long at the widest and longest points. 
The chain is approximately 20.0 long. Tiffany & Co. on one side and 925 on the other. The other bar on the chain is marked Elsa Peretti on one side, Spain on the other. The chain clasp is marked 925.
