Vase Shaped Trinket Box From The Tracey Porter Collection 1997 4 1/4" A577

Very unique porcelain hinged trinket box from the Tracy Porter Home Collection, produced in 1997 by Midwest of Cannon Falls. 
The box is shaped like a vase or urn and features a hand-painted blue bird on a cluster of grapes and leaves on a white porcelain body. 
It has a hinged lid with a blue diamond pattern and a gold-painted ball finial. 
The base is green and blue striped with a black, gold-dotted ball accent. 
It is a collectible item, reversible side, it snaps closed nicely, pristine condition
