This is an exceptional hand carved hardstone of an Victorian beauty cameo, circa 1900th. There are two tier dedicated carved out open work border, the bottom row is very articulate. C-hook clasp. 
Measurement: Cameo is 24.0 x 20.0mm, the brooch is 42.0 x 38.0 x 14.3mm, weight 12.7 grams,
