Vintage German Dresden Porcelain Floral Bowl Hand Painted Gilt Scalloped A1273

Elegant German Dresden-style porcelain bowl with richly molded scalloped sides, hand-painted multicolor floral bouquets, and extensive gilt scrollwork and rim accents. The unusual deep lobed form gives it a very decorative, almost basket-like appearance. The underside carries a blue hand-painted “Dresden” mark with crossed-line initials. I would describe it as Dresden porcelain rather than Meissen; authentic Meissen uses the crossed-swords trademark, while Dresden decorators used numerous separate blue marks during the early 20th century.
