Vintage Kisaku Gumma Wood Kokeshi 5" Doll Geisha Kimono Flower, 5" A846

An authentic Japanese sosaku kokeshi doll attributed to the Kisaku style, crafted in turned wood with hand-painted detailing. The figure displays a classic cylindrical body and oversized rounded head with straight lacquered black hairstyle framing a minimalist facial expression. The kimono is rendered in warm amber and muted yellow with subtle hand-brushed ornamentation. Red kanji signature appears on the underside. A charming example of mid-20th century Japanese folk art preserved in good vintage condition with light surface wear appropriate to age.
