Vintage Limoges France Limited Edition Fishing Hat Trinket Box 3/500 A1193

Hand-painted Limoges porcelain trinket box formed as a fisherman’s hat, decorated with colorful fishing flies, bobber and landing net against a warm golden faux-wood grain ground. The hinged box is finished with an ornate metal mount and a charming fish-shaped clasp. This is a particularly nice fishing-themed Limoges design; comparable fishing-hat Limoges boxes are currently offered around $139–$249.

The underside is hand marked “Peint main Limoges France,” indicating hand-painted Limoges porcelain, with an artist/atelier monogram and the limited-edition number 3/500.

Condition: Mint condition with no chips, cracks or repairs noted. Hinge and clasp appear intact.
