Vintage Mexican sterling silver expanding photo-ball locket necklace with an ingenious hinged accordion construction. The rounded pendant opens to reveal multiple oval photo compartments and expands into a long articulated keepsake locket. The reverse panels feature engraved sunburst decoration, while the closed pendant has a sculptural spherical form. The pendant is marked Mexico and 925, and the long sterling silver box chain is marked 925 Italy.
