Vintage Mexico Sterling Silver Multicultural Children Brooch 17.6g 2 5/16" JR1761

Vintage Mexico sterling silver brooch featuring five children holding hands, each with a different outfit or character style, giving the piece a charming multicultural or “children of the world” theme. The front has engraved and darkened details that add contrast and a folk-art feel.

The back is marked MEXICO 925, STERLING, and appears to have a maker mark/signature. Also marked GES. Solid construction with nice weight.

Measurements are approximately 2 5/16" long x 7/8" wide. 
Weight is 8.3 grams. 
Good vintage condition with surface scratches, patina, and normal wear consistent with age. Pin clasp functions properly.
