Vintage Miniature Guardian Motif Netsuke, Hand Carved & Signed, 1950–60s A671

Vintage hand-carved Japanese netsuke depicting a crouching guardian figure with its smaller companion — a charming and unusual pairing. Beautifully carved details in the face and body, with smooth lines and a soft aged surface. Made of carved resin material.

Estimated from the 1950–60s, and artist-signed in Japanese on the underside, including functional cord holes typical of wearable netsuke. Size approx. 1 3/4" L x 5/8" W x 5/8" H, 9.1 g. Light age wear only, no major flaws found.
