Vintage Sarreguemines Majolica 6-Well Oyster PlateBeautiful vintage French Sarreguemines majolica oyster plate featuring six deeply molded scallop-shell wells surrounding a raised central lemon or sauce well. Rich amber-orange shells contrast dramatically with dark olive green and brown seaweed-style glazing. Strong dimensional molding and glossy glaze give the plate excellent display presence. Sarreguemines produced six-well majolica oyster plates in this size and form.
