Vintage Wright Tyndale Van Roden Hand Painted Oyster Plate Antique A1167

Antique molded porcelain oyster plate imported by Wright, Tyndale & Van Roden of Philadelphia. Features five individually formed oyster wells in delicate pale pink and white, surrounded by hand-painted green sea-grass decoration on a softly crackled white ground. Finished with fine gold trim around the shaped octagonal rim. The underside bears the original circular “Wright, Tyndale & Van Roden, Importers, Philadelphia” retailer mark.

Size: Approx. 8"
Condition: Mint antique condition with no chips, cracks or repairs noted. Very well preserved decoration and gilt trim.
Era: Circa 1890–1910.
